Very conveniently located on Collins Avenue, Miami South Beach, just one street from the beach. Also close to shopping on Washington Ave and the Lincoln Rd Mall.
The breakfast buffet is minimal - doesn't present a lot of options.

Good sized and recently refurbished room with terrace and balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff. Free wake-up service and ironing. Excellent location in the area.

Location and the room was not bad
I do not like surprises. I want to know exactly what I will be charged. They put directly the charge for the room and the tax directly on my bill when I made the booking - ok. But they charged me the service service charge with the a tax on it at the hotel. I was not expecting this tax on the service charge. Regardless if it is legal...it was not forthright. Therefore, they get the thumbs down.
